Do I Have to be at home for the cleaning?
No, Many of our clients are at work, the gym or out grabbing a bite to eat, etc... all you need to do is let us know how to get into your home and how we should lock it up when finished. You can hide a key somewhere or give us a garage lock box security code. For recurring service we can hold your keys for you. Please let us know when booking your cleaning. Although we understand the desire of some of our clients to remain in their home during the cleaning service, we have found that we can usually give a more efficient and effective cleaning service, especially in smaller spaces, when we are left to do what we do best.
Is it Ok if I am home?
Ofcourse, remember it is your home!
What time will the cleaners show up to my house?
We do everything in our power to arrive on time, and we almost always meet our goal. Unexpected obstacles such as lock outs, traffic, weather or incorrect directions come up from time to time, preventing us to arrive at the exact start time. We require up to a 2 hour window arrival time for these reasons. Please contact us if you need an update on our arrival time the day of the cleaning.

When the cleaners arrive what if I have changed my mind about what I would like them to do?
No problem, the cleaner will cheerfully do any cleaning taskyou ask (except moving heavy furniture). Just remember it is all a time factor.
I have a pet and dont plan to be there when the cleaning occurs. Do I need to anything special?
Our housekeepers are pet friendly, and we will be happy to get to know your pets and let them get use to us. You will not need to lock them up on cleaning day, but if you have a territorial, protective or aggresive animal that behaves in a threatening manner when the housekeepers doing their job. In this case we require that you let us know this in advance so we can come up with a solution that works for you, your pets, and the housekeepers. We want your pets to be happy and comfortable, but we will not jeopardize the safety of our team.
Do you change linens?
Yes. Just leave your clean sheets on the beds you want us to change.

Is there any cleaning that needs to be done before the cleaning?
The less cluter we show up to the quicker we can do a serious deep cleaning on the areas you really hate to do yourself, so consider picking up your socks and putting a few things in the right places. This will allow us to give your home the cleaning that it deserves.
Will I have the same person everytime?
We understand our clients can often form connections and understanding with one another. For this reason, although not possible to guarantee, we strive to have the same Housekeepers assigned to your home for every clean.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We will accept cash or a check at time of service.
Is it exspected to tip the cleaning staff?
All though not exspected or required, many of our clients like to leave a little something extra for the Housekeepers. It is completely up to you, but is without a doubt greatly appreciated.
What if I need to cancel?
We require a 48-hour notice before the sceduled cleaning. This allows Krispy Klean to be able to find another job for the cleaner to fill the time slot you have vacated. If notice is not provided within 48 hours of sceduled service a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged. If the housekeeper drives to your home and cant get in to clean due to no fault of our own, we will also charge a $50 lockout fee. As our business is time sensitive and scedule-based this policy is in place to cover the lost of our transportation and employees wages as they travel to and from your home as well as lost opportunity for both ourselves and other clients.
I have an emergency and need a cleaner last minute, can you help?
Give us a call, we will do everything we can to get your home cleaned at the last minute.

What cleaning products to you use?
We are fully equipped to bring everything needed to thoroughly clean from top to bottom. We typically use off the shelf cleaning product. We dust furniture and damp mop hardwood floors with vinager and water but if you prefer to providesome or all suopplies and equipment, that is fine as well. We are happy to perform your cleaning service using whatever products you prefer. Some clients want Eco-Friendly and natural products, other clients LOVE the smell of Pinesol and Fabuloso. So again, we will gladly use whatever products you want us to use. Just let us know your preference.
Do you have satisfaction guarantee?
Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal. It is very important to us that you let us know if you have concerns with our service. If you're not happy with our cleaning service please let us know within 24 hours.

you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
* If you are not satisfied with our work, you have 24 hours from
the day of service to call us for us to send our ladies to re-clean the
areas that are not up to your standards. We are confident of our ladies
work but they can always miss something, so please call us!
